Acute care hospitals are required to submit data on all inpatient discharges for a calendar year by March 1st of the following year. The Division of Health Care Information uses the UB04 billing format to collect inpatient discharge data. Through OK2SHARE, access is provided to inpatient discharges from 2002 which can be broken down by various demographics, including county, age, gender, race, admission source or point of origin, discharge status, principal diagnosis category, and major disease category. In addition to frequencies, charges (total and average total) and length of stay (total and average) are available. Inpatient Links:
